Our gowns are priced accordingly to fit in with our ethos of a discount factory outlet.Whilst we endeavour to ensure all of our gowns are in tip top condition some of the dresses may have slight damage or minor marks,in the main these are usually repairable. Please note that the you the customer are responsible for checking the dress and being satisfied with it prior to purchasing.

Often we sell a gown which fits the bride perfectly which is great,our gowns are standard sizes which means therefore there may be some alterations to be done on your gown.We will do our best to offer you our advice as to wether in our own opinion the gown can be altered however you the customer are solely responsible for any purchase made on a dress that may need alterations. The Wedding Dress & Prom Dress Bridal Factory Outlets will not be held repsonsible for any costs or problems which may occur from these services, and you use them at your own risk.All gown alteration costs are soley the responsibilty of the customer (you)

If in any circumstance your purchase needs dry cleaning,please seek the advice of a professional and reputable dry cleaning service.The Wedding Dress & Prom Dress Bridal Factory Outlets cannot be held responsible should any problems occur with any of these services and you use them at your own risk.

We do not offer a refund,exchanges on wedding dresses and prom dresses only can be made within 14 days from date of purchase. We will only exchange the dress providing we are completely satisfied that the dress is in the same condition as at the date of purchase and that you provide your original proof of purchase receipt from us.Please note exchanges cannot be made via a third party and the dress can only be exchanged in the outlet it was purchased from. The Wedding Dress & Prom Dress Factory Outlets reserve the right to decline a exchange if we are not satisfied for any reason with the dress you are returning. No further exchanges will be accepted after the first exchange,exchanges will not be accepted after the wedding.

We do not exchange the following goods:
Bridesmaid Dresses
Wedding Accessories
Gown Bags

Stock turnover is exceptionally high therefore unfortunately we cannot put away or reserve gowns without a non refundable deposit to take it off the shop floor.

Your standard statutory rights are not affected.
